This granite statue was discovered in the Karnak Cache (CK 89) in 1904. It represents Nesmin son of Psametik with the left leg forward. He wears a long hair wig, a false beard and a short kilt. His arms hang down by his side and in each hand, he holds a kerchief. Nesmin is the owner of another statue (now in the Egyptian Museum, Cairo) and a situla (now in the Louvre). All three monuments make it possible to establish a complete list of his titles that link him to many religious localities, such as Karnak, el-Kab and Tod. The mention of King Nectanebo II on this statue and its similar art style to another statue (CK422) from the reign of the same king, both secure a date in Dynasty 30.
