Description
A silver cup, originally folded and flattened, now returned to its original shape. This thin-walled vessel is surprisingly delicate and may not have had a practical purpose. It is possible that the silver vessels found in the Tod Treasure were received as diplomatic gifts and were then deposited by the king as part of his ritual offering to god Montu to whom the Temple of Tod was dedicated.
