GEM Welcomes Deaf and Hard of Hearing Students

As part of its commitment to fostering community engagement and breaking barriers among diverse groups, the Grand Egyptian Museum hosted a group of students from the School of Hearing Education for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing. This visit aligns with the museum's vision of providing an inclusive educational and cultural experience, offering all members of society the opportunity to enjoy Egypt’s rich heritage.

The visit included a tailored program featuring interactive tours supported by sign language interpretation. This approach enabled the students to engage with and understand the exhibits easily while encouraging innovation and creativity.
