The first edition of the GEM Hackathon was one for the books! The event gave students from different universities the chance to contribute to the museum and improve the GEM Children's Museum experience, under the theme “Reimagining Ancient Egyptian Society”.

During the Hackathon, students explored the GEM, worked on innovative technological solutions, pitched their ideas to an esteemed jury panel, and won cash prizes and incubation opportunities to bring their ideas to life.
