Description
This pottery vessel has a slightly flattened broad base, an undercut lip on the rim and two handles with holes for strings. It is painted with two rows of decoration - gazelles above triangle friezes. The handles are decorated with vertical lines. Vessels like this would be used for food and drink in daily life and for the afterlife.
