Description
A small yet impressive statuette showing Isis protecting a small figure of Osiris with her wings. The goddess wears a crown of uraeus snakes, topped by a pair of cow horns and a sun disc. Osiris appears in his usual mummy form, wearing an atef crown, holding a crook and a flail, symbols of kingship. Hieroglyphs on the back pillar provide the name of the goddess and the name of the person who dedicated the statue.
